Catherine Farrell is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and brings a wealth of experience to complex matters, including visa applications, merits review, and judicial review. She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court, the Federal Court, and the High Court of Australia.
Bethany Rose has devoted her career to refugee law. She has worked as a decision-maker for the UNHCR in Thailand and led a legal team at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, helping individuals navigate a challenging and ever-changing legal landscape. Beth offers a trauma-informed, client-centred approach grounded in compassion and advocacy.
Together, Catherine and Beth lead a values-driven practice with a focus on justice, integrity, and excellence. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do.
