Bethany Rose

Bethany advises across the migration program with particular expertise in family and refugee visa categories as well as complex character cancellation and immigration detention work. Bethany also advises on complex character, fraud and identity issues in citizenship applications and regularly appears for applicants in the Administrative Review Tribunal.
With ten years’ experience in immigration and refugee law both internationally and domestically, Bethany’s practice is client-centric and trauma informed.
Catherine Farrell
Partner and Co-Founder
Catherine advises across the entire spectrum of immigration law, including but not limited to judicial review applications in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
She represents both migration and refugee applicants in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and assists with all visa applications (family, employer sponsored and skilled), visa cancellations and character matters.
