1. Partner (subclasses 820 & 801 / 309 & 100) visas

Allows spouses and de facto partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australia. This visa has two stages – a temporary visa leading to permanent residency.

2. Prospective Marriage (subclass 300) visas

For engaged partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens who wish to marry in Australia within nine months of visa grant.

3. Parent (subclasses 103 & 143) visas

For parents of Australian citizens or permanent residents who want to live in Australia permanently. The Contributory Parent (Subclass 143) visa offers a faster processing time compared to the Parent (Subclass 103) visa.

4. Aged Parent (subclass 804 & 864) visas
